Adding to the power of the WorkSafe Suite is a flexible workflow engine
delivered as a standard component. The engine drives the compliance processes,
allowing administrators to create workflow templates that:
- Integrate with external systems through web services;
- Define multiple workstreams based on event variables;
- Define approval requirements such as unanimous, majority, or single assent;
- Integrate on multiple messaging platforms and event calendars;
- Set escalation and redirection procedures, and much more.
Workflow is highly configurable in WorkSafe Suite, allowing both internal and external requests to trigger workstreams, select the proper work sequence based on a passed variant, and manage escalations if deadlines are not met.
